Communication Through Inspirational Expression

I have been a collector of what others deemed “unusable” objects since I was a child. Spending time in nature and exploring myriad places to uncover “treasures” has always been a passion of mine. I use these “treasures” to create unique landscapes on a variety of recycled canvases.
In 1995, I was accepted into SACI (Studio Art Centers International). During my early to mid-20s, I exhibited mainly throughout Ohio and New York. My 30s brought me to the southern part of Florida, where I continued to show my work
at private curated parties and worked in the wholesale art arena. Later in life, I found myself in sweet South Carolina, living my dream of owning my own retail studio and shop. However, the COVID crisis, coupled with an unstable economy, led me to close those doors.
Now, I’ve brought my studio into my beautiful home, where I live with my husband, Rohn, our doodle Lola, and our kitty cat Kora. While my retail days are behind me, I currently create custom pieces and am excited to see how the art world reacts to my recycled landscapes.
I am deeply grateful to have been working in and contributing to the art industry for nearly 20 years.
